The Oil Mill of the Pavi family was born out of Andrea's passion for the land and what it generously has to offer. The decision to found the oil mill was taken in 1993. It became a huge family project. Indeed, over the years, Andrea got his children to manage the oil processing operations, especially Cristian, who is now in charge of the mill's production unit. Today, the Pavi Oil Mill is a renowned producer of extra virgin olive oil for its superior quality and excellence.
